If you wish to cancel an order you placed on Essential.com, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make our best efforts to cancel before shipment. However, please note that it may not be possible to cancel an order once it has been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.

If we are unable to cancel you order, you have two options to return your devices for a full refund:

  1. Refuse the package upon delivery. It will be returned to Essential and you will be refunded within 5 business days of its arrival at our facility.
  2. If you are unable to refuse the shipment, contact our Support team to initiate the return process. Please note that unopened items will not have a restocking fee.
